Rose Markwith, Office Manager

Rose has dedicated over 2 decades to Dr. Gary Gold & Associates and has helped make it into the wonderful practice it is today. With over 30 years of Optical knowledge she has made sure that our patients sight always comes first.

Jessica Layog, Assistant Practice Manager

Jessica has over 12 years of Optical experience and almost all of those years have been with Dr. Gary Gold & Associates. With knowledge in almost all departments of the office, her emphasis is the back office: Contact Lenses, Refractive Surgery, Mecial Billing, and EMR.

Margive Chavez, Front Desk Administrator

Margie has over 20 years of experience in Optical with over half of those years with Dr. Gary Gold & Associates. She is the voice and the face of the office, since she is the first person you see and the person booking your appointments.

Dora, Senior Optician

Having 13 years of Optical expertise under her belt we add Dora to our staff as our new Optical Manager. With exceptional knowledge of optics she is an amazing addition to our staff.

Chuck Braswell, Optician

Chuck has been with Dr. Gary Gold & Associates for over 5 years now and is our office ‘Jack of all Trades.’ Therefore, you may see him at the front desk, doing a frame selection, or he may be adjusting your glasses.

Stephanie Nicole, Optician

Stephanie has been with Dr. Gary Gold & Associates for close to a year now and brings 7 years of Optical Experience with her. As an Optician she enjoys helping patients choose the perfect frame to fit their face. She is a wonderful addition to our Optical Department.

Christina Lee, Optometric Technician/ Optician

Christina brings 2 years of experience in the Optical Field with her as she joins Dr. Gary Gold & Associates. As an aspiring Optometrist she enjoys working as a tech in the medical part of the practice, but has learned all aspects of the field as an Optician as well. She is a great addition to our Practice.

Emma Romo, Optometric Technician

Emma comes to us with a background in Ophthalmology, which makes her a strong asset to our staff. With 4 years with us now, she is also continually expanding her knowledge in Optometry which now includes frame selection/adjustment and medical billing.

Kimberly Kim, Optometric Technician/Optician

Kim received her Bachelors of Science in General Biology from the University of California, San Diego in 2009. She just completed her Optometry Admission Test (OAT) and hopes to begin Optometry School this fall.
She has a total of 4 years Optical experience, with 7 months at Dr. Gary Gold & Associates.

Bryan Camp, Optometric Technician

Bryan has a total of 15 years Optical experience, with 13 of those years in an Ophthalmology setting. His strong medical background is a great match for our back office.
